Terms of Service

• Non-refundable 50% upfront, latter payment refundable based on artist completion.
• Commission pricing between personal & commercial use may differ.
• Commission under personal use cannot be sold as merchandise.
• Commissions cannot be resold to a third party.
• A commission can have (2) free minor and major revisions, afterward the client will have to pay for any additional (minor / major) revisions.
• Clients affirm they own the necessary permissions or rights to characters and images used as references. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
• Client understands that the work is a digital item. It will be sent through Email or Gdrive.
• Payments are processed through PAYPAL or GCASH
• Clients are not allowed to use the artwork for AI/NFTs.
